Until better matches are made with newspapers and perhaps ads for Spider and Wasp Woman at the Crest Theatre, the best estimate for dates for this roll is perhaps February or March or even April 1961. People are wearing coats, but not Spring coats. The weather seems alternately foggy, windy, sunny. Selle, for all the years he's photographed at these same locations at Flood Building corner, right outside his office at 942 Market - seems unable to get the hang of exposing in glare or foggy conditions. Considering how attentive he is to exposing a black frame after each 100 tickets, he seems never to learn not to point his camera into glare rendering overexposed frames due to strong backlighting. There are some terrific segments on this roll - especially on his own block on Market. The incidence of clocks, and the four program changes at the Pix suggest once again that this roll was photographed over at least 4 outings most likely between one and two weeks' time.

Roll B is Ansco Supreme Safety "36". The ticket number exposures are very difficult to read - cannot even guess at the series.
